Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
